-This is my first time shopping with you. What do I do?
Either you choose the product on our website and click "Go to shopping cart" or email your order to: med-inc@cyber-rights.net.

-How is my order delivered?
Your order is sent by mail. Depending on the size of the package, you will receive your order directly in your mailbox or receive a notice to pick up the package at your local post office. International orders are sent by courier.

-How long is the delivery time?
Normally it takes 5-14days (your order is sent within 72 hours). If we don't have a product in stock we will notify you by email and give you the option to wait for the product to become available or choose a similiar alternative.

-Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will always receive a confirmation by email, where you will be able to check that the order is correct. Make sure your email is correct.

-Does the packaging contain information on the contents?
All parcels are described/declares as things like "books", "documents & folders" etc.

-Is there a minimum amount per order?
Yes, our minimum order amount is 40 euro, which allows us to provide appropriate service to all of our customers. On International orders the minimum amount is 160 euro.

-What is the delivery cost?
All packages will be charged 4 euro for shipping, while larger orders may be charged 6 euro. International orders are sent for free despite to the large minimum amount per order.

-Can I choose to have my order sent with a trackingnumber?
No, for the moment we only sent international orders through normal ems that dont give a tracking number.

-Are there any extra costs?
The total which you see before you finalize your order is the total cost. No other fees will be added.

-How can I pay?
Payment is made by wire in advance. You will be provided payment instructions when placing your order. Each order get a unique amount that no other order order has. It is important that exactly this amount is the one paid so that we are able to identify and process the payment for your order. When payment has been received your order will be shipped to you according to our delivery policies.

-Do you deliver to Norway, Denmark and Finland?
We do not sell any items from the category "pain killers" or the product ephedrine to international buyers. We do not re-ship orders that despite to customs or other circumstances that we can not affect do not reach the receiver.
